Fashion Show Audition Photoshoot
Wow!
I was not expecting an opportunity to be involved in an event like this! I had responded to a craigslist ad for collaboration on photoshoots a little while ago, talking with my new friend about what kind of photoshoots we wanted to collab on, booking places together, camera gear, etc. My chance came to collaborate with him at a booking in downtown Denver, and I jumped at the chance.
There was a change in schedule due to some models cancelling, but another opportunity came up to get involved with taking some lifestyle shots at Cheesman Park in Denver during a model audition for an upcoming fashion show. What a great opportunity to network and experience working with professional models!
I got right to it, taking a ton of photos and video of their work. Chatting with the other photographers in between shooting, having a great time. A few times, I was able to take some models to the side to get some posed portraits at the pavilion, with different backgrounds.
